About us
Deep Roots, Strong Bodies.
Alpine Body Concepts was created as a space for thoughtful, results-focused massage therapy — where care is unhurried, attentive, and grounded in both clinical understanding and human connection. Located in MyLofts just off Whyte Avenue and Calgary Trail in Edmonton, Alpine provides registered massage therapy in a calm, private setting designed for focused, individualized care.
Every treatment is individualized. We take the time to listen, assess, and respond to what your body actually needs, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. Our work blends precision with presence, supporting both recovery and long-term wellness.
The Alpine environment reflects this philosophy: calm, welcoming, and intentionally designed to help you slow down. From the moment you arrive, the focus is on quality care, clear communication, and creating space for meaningful change.
Your Practitioner

Jon Randall, RMT (also known as Jonathan Randall) is the registered massage therapist behind Alpine Body Concepts. Jon’s work is focused, effective, and grounded in clear communication — with an emphasis on treatments that actually make a difference.
While his approach is results-driven, Jon is especially attentive to clients who are new to massage or feeling unsure. He takes time to explain what he’s doing and why, checks in throughout the session, and uses a bit of humor to help people relax without minimizing their concerns. Comfort, consent, and trust are non-negotiable. This has been his ‘motto’ since he started massage in 2017.
Each session is tailored to the individual, whether the goal is reducing pain, improving movement, or addressing long-standing tension. Jon’s style blends strong, intentional work with an approachable, grounded presence — so clients can feel both supported and confident in the care they’re receiving.
“I work with clients managing persistent tension, injury recovery, work-related strain, and active lifestyles, as well as those looking for proactive maintenance and stress reduction. I started my journey learning about the body when a tennis ball against a wall pushed into my shoulder relieved a week long headache. Sessions are collaborative and guided by clear communication, with pressure and techniques adjusted to your comfort and goals.
At Alpine Body Concepts, my priority is providing professional, evidence-informed massage therapy in a calm, respectful environment—helping you feel better in your body, not just for the moment, but over time. I love it when clients say things like “I feel taller somehow” or when a client recognizes noticeable change in their baseline range of motion or pain tolerance.
Massage has been my passion since 2017. Massage has changed my life in so many ways. I graduated from ACMT in Edmonton and started with a small home practice and had the pleasure of working amongst a mentor at a small clinic. Later I moved to a busy multidisciplinary clinic, including acupuncture and chiropractic care.
Alpine Body Concepts has been a dream for me since my first year of school. I am kinder to myself since I started massage and I take that premise and put it in my work. We all really deserve to do well and be well.”
Services
Alpine Body Concepts offers registered massage therapy tailored to the individual, with a focus on effective treatment and clear communication. Sessions are designed to address pain, tension, movement restrictions, and stress, using an approach that adapts to your needs rather than following a preset routine. Education in simple remedial exercises and stretching is available after treatment, helping clients feel more empowered in their own bodies and daily habits. At times, effective treatment may involve brief, focused discomfort in service of meaningful relief. At other times, a gentler, relaxation-based approach is used to calm the nervous system and ease general tension. The goal is always the same: care that is appropriate, intentional, and responsive to the person on the table.
Treatments are available in 45, 60, 75, and 90-minute sessions. Whether you’re seeking focused therapeutic work for specific concerns such as neck pain, low back pain, or postural strain, or broader support for recovery and wellbeing, each appointment is structured to make meaningful use of the time.
In cases of more persistent or chronic symptoms, a treatment plan may be discussed to support steady, lasting progress.
